Windows 10: Dynamic drive file size

I recently converted a drive to dynamic. 2nd partition is 900gb. I have 750gb of data I tried to move to it, but it can only hold 680gb of the data till its full. Both drives are compressed. What is the cause, how do I fix this? Any help appreciated!

You can use Windows search. Just search for *.* on a desired drive. When list is done just arrange them by size LOL.

You can do it via command line as well and make an output text file showing files and their sizes (but without arrangement)

I understand the fixed vs dynamic, I was just wondering if there is any specific difference between "Automatically manage" and "System managed size"

For example, why isn't it just:

Custom size:

System managed size

No paging file
