Windows 10: Dynamic link cant not find paired devices

I am trying to use the dynamic link feature because i used it before. I paired my pixel 8 pro and tested to send a file to see if its paired. That worked. Now I am trying to use the dynamic link, but it shows that it can not find paired devices. I have scoured the internet for answers. I have deleted all the bluetooth devices from device mgr and reinstalled. I have nuked the reg info from regedit to make sure they are gone. I have reinstalled my bluetooth drives multiple times. My phone says its paired but won't stay connected in the bluetooth devices area. The multiple solutions i have found

dynamic lock issue

the dynamic lock works when I live my computer, but when I return the dynamic lock does not find the device (telephone). I need to unpair and pair the telephone to get dynamic lock works once. please, note that the phone is still connected to the PC.
any suggestion ?

 

Bluetooth Devices will not Pair


Hi,

Hopefully this is the correct Forum !

I have a Microsoft Mouse 5000 and Wedge keyboard (the early one that does not fold).
Both have been working perfectly.

Recently I paired them both successfully with a new Samsung tablet, but when I came to use them again on my laptop,
I found that I could not pair either of them.

I have spent countless hours researching this without success.

Here's where I am now:

Settings > Bluetooth & other devices does not list either of them.
Device Manager > Bluetooth has both of them showing and reports both working properly.

Device Manager reports as follows:

Notebook Mouse 5000:
No driver files are required or have been loaded
The Events tab says that further installation is required

Wedge Mobile Keyboard:
No driver files are required or have been loaded
The Events tab says that further installation is required

The 2 Service Discovery Service entries also report that further installation is required.

Can anyone suggest the way forward, please ?

for making the Bluetooth connection my phone is asking a pairing passkey but pc is not asking for.In this case how can I use dynamic lock.Dude please provide me with the steps because dynamic lock is very essential for me
