Windows 10: Dynamic Lock does not reconnect to paired phone Windows 11, Samsung S10

HiI have been trying Dynamic Lock as it seems a useful feature to avoid forgetting and leaving my PC open. After pairing my phone Dynamic Lock does work - if I go away or isolate my phone the screen locks after ~30 seconds as expected. But when I return Dynamic Lock says my phone 'cannot be found. It may be off, out of range or its Bluetooth is off.' - even though the phone has reconnected to the PC's Bluetooth and both the phone and Windows say the device is connected.If I go into Settings for Dynamic Lock and click 'scan' it finds the phone! but this is useless as an "automated" feature for

Windows 10 Dynamic Lock with Samsung Watch

How Samsung Watch can be configured to be used with Windows 10 Dynamic Lock?

The watch has been paired with PC, but still, Windows does not accept the Watch to be used as "partner", which would used to lock the session when it goes away from computer.

I have previously used my Samsung S8 phone with Dynamic Lock and it works fine, but after I bought the Samsung Watch, I don't carry the phone with me in the office, so I would need to change the Dynamic Lock to use the watch instead.

Step To Recreate

1. Windows 10: Your Phone app, click 'Phone Screen'
2. Windows 10: Your Phone app, "We need permission to display your phone screen"
3. Galaxy S10: Notification, "Connected to Your Phone app on <hostname>"
4. Galaxy S10: Notification, "Accept connection?" > Accept
5. Windows 10: Your Phone App, ERROR: "Connect to the same WiFi"

Points To Note

• Windows 10 device is connected via WiFi to Galaxy S10's WiFi hotspot i.e. tethered
• Galaxy S10 device is connected to the Internet via the mobile phone network
• Galaxy S10 Link To Windows app is configured to "Use mobile data"
• Both Windows 10 Your Phone app and Galaxy S10 Link To Windows app connected to same Microsoft account
• All other Windows 10 Your Phone app features work flawlessly e.g. Calls, Messages, Photos, Notifications etc

Anyone know how to fix this? Everything else works fine, just this feature is broken.
