Windows 10: e gift card didnt send to my email

I purchased a $15 e-gift card but did not receive the email with the details for this gift card. I screenshotted my purchase confirmation on the microsoft website and realised I had misspelled one letter of my email. How do I either send the gift card details to my correct email or refund my purchase? I’ve struggled to find any sort of support or useful information to help me figure this out.

So i got this e-gift card from Microsoft but the only things it says that I can buy are music, movies, and apps from the Microsoft store. But I don't want any of those things. So I want to know: How can I redeem my e-gift card for cash? Or at least be
able to buy items in the Microsoft store like phone cases or speakers. Please help.
