Windows 10: E-mail compilation and display

When I click to open e-mails, it sometimes displays numerous emails and related to a similar subject....Also, when I search for specific e-mails, the account flashes fast through an array of e-mails but will not let me open any of them.Don't know if the synch setting has anything to do with it, but it is greyed out. My other yahoo account works fine.

Mail Inbox will not display e-mails

Before providing any assistance, I would like you to answer the questions stated below:

1. When you state "email inbox just comes up as blue" can please tell me what exactly is happening?

2. Are you getting any error code or message?

3. Are you using the app or a browser to open your e-mail?

If you are facing problem with Outlook app, I would like to suggest that you try the steps listed below:

Step 1: Run App Troubleshooter.

• On the search bar type “Troubleshooter”
• Click on troubleshooter, on the left view pane, locate “View All”.
• Then locate and click on “Windows Store Apps”.

Step 2:

Also after configuring account kindly follow the below given steps and check if mail syncs:

• Click on Gear icon located on left panel in Mail app.
• Go to Account in right panel.
• Select the account that is not syncing.
• Then click on Change mailbox sync setting.
• Select “as item arrives” under Download new content.
• Toggle Email to ON under Sync options.
• Check and verify that sync works now.

Peachtree E-mail Writer v3

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in Windows 10.

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Peachtree E-mail Writer and check if it fixes the issue. Follow the steps below to uninstall Peachtree E-mail Writer:

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click on Programs and Features.
• Look for Peachtree E-mail Writer and right click on it and click on
  uninstall.
• Reboot the computer after uninstall is complete and try to reinstall it.

Block e-mails

I'm Peter F independent Advisor

to block the senders please follow these steps

open the message you want to block.

Add the sender to the blocked senders list.

In Windows Live Mail, choose Actions→Junk E-Mail→Add Sender to Blocked Senders List.

In Windows Mail, choose Message→Junk E-Mail→Add Sender to Blocked Senders List.

In Outlook Express, choose Message→Block Sender.

Click the Yes button or click OK.
