Windows 10: E-mail saying one drive limit has been exceeded. Have checked one drive, it doesn’t seem...

My wife has received an e-mail saying her one drive storage is 112mb over the 5GB limit. I have been into her account and it says that less than 0.1 GB of 5 GB has been used. We are a little concerned as it is saying that unless sorted by the end of May, we could lose certain files and photos ther are none in the one drive as far as I can see. Can you help please ? My other thought is this could be some sort of scam e-mail. E-Mail address it purports to come from is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. We are on Windows 10 and don’t have a current Microsoft 365 subscription. Relevant

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

E-mail doesn´t send...

I have just configured my E51 for e-mail...(POP3)

I tried writing an e-mail...no problem!

I klick on "send"...the phone starts sending...and sending...and sending...and sending...etc...

After about 5 minutes I aborted the operation.

There must be something wrong! Right???

I just tried to send "test"...

I can´t take more than 5 minutes to send a small e-mail like that!!!???

I have tried to configure my e-mail account over and over...

Same result!

What is wrong?? Please help!
