    Hi, when I try to launch my pc it goes to automatic repair each time then to a screen in which it says, E:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt.I tried using System restore which had 4 restore points but none of them worked, saying error 0x80070017.I also tried using the reset pc option but neither of them work and just say we couldn't do anything. I also tried searching up my problem and using command promt but nothing is working. Please help me I need to access my pc for work and school and I'm fine if I need to do a hard reset of the pc, I just need it to work again.

    System\32\Logfiles\srt\srttrail msg how to repair

    Just got the 'old' System\32\Logfiles\srt\srttrail msg and a crashed Win10 laptop that will not auto repair

    I know this is not a new problem, but any solution seems random.

    Anyone have a list the series of system codes to put in the command prompt?

    I was trying to install a program , but it said that windows is awaiting an update , so reboot first to install the updates

    Then when rebooting ,

    "Startup repair couldn't repair your pc" (After trying to diagnose and repair)

    Press "advanced options" to try other options to repair your PC or "shutdown" to turn off your pc.

    Log file: E:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

    (E: is not an HDD partition, don't know why its there)

    Is there a way to fix this error without deleting programs or resetting the pc ?
