Can't Login to Microsoft Store

The error I get is: DCOM got error "13" attempting to start the service wuauserv with arguments "Unavailable" in order to run the server: {E60687F7-01A1-40AA-86AC-DB1CBF673334}

 

Event ID 10029 - Windows 10

Hi.

I have repeated Distributed Com Event ID 10029 in Event Viewer. Searched for answers but not sure what to do.

The activation of CLSID {E60687F7-01A1-40AA-86AC-DB1CBF673334} timed out waiting for the service wuauserv to stop.

ever since kb3093266 got installed and it reboot the system. Now i get that error when I check for updates and windows update service refuses to start

Every time I check for windows update and or try to manual start windows update service i get the following errors in event veiwer



The server {E60687F7-01A1-40AA-86AC-DB1CBF673334} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.



The Windows Update service terminated with the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.



Both happen at the same time.
