Windows 10: EA FC 24 not launching after splash screen

So I was asked by an EA specialist to contact Microsoft as they will provide some basic troubleshooting options. The specialist told me that there is no problem in my game or my account and it's a Microsoft problem. Any troubleshooting options?

Application_Application Error_1000 with playing ea fc 24 pro clubs

Hello when i play ea fc 24 and i want to play pro clubs, when i enter a match game crashed and i can not play pro clubs.

ultimate team i can play.

when i go to logs on my pc it says Application_Application Error_1000.

i try alot of ting and had chats with ea support and also with microsoft.

someone can help me.

 

Page Fault In Nonpaged Area BSOD - Easyanticheat.sys ( WHILE TRYING TO OPEN EA FC 24)

Hello, i have not encountered any problems while playing EA FC 24 until today. Today, when I tried to re-enter the game after closing the game with the ALT+F4 combination when exiting the game, I received a page_fault_in_nonpaged_area ( what failed: eaanticheats.sys) error and this problem still persists. I put the minudumps file below.

Can anyone tell me why my hp laptop+ windows 10 can't handle ea fc?

Does your HP Laptop meet the games minimum requirements ?

If not certain, type the brand and model cpu and graphics processor into the boxes at the site below....
