Windows 10: Each time I install something, during the next boot, I get a blue screen error 0xC000021A

Whenever I install or update any software, the next restart is usually a blue screen. It's become a nightmare since my son uses this computer to play Minecraft. Every time I need to step in, go to safe mode, and recover to previous restore point. Then create another restore point. We kind of become experts in doing&nbs

Blue screen 0xc000021a on installation of Windows 10

Having trouble installing Win 10 from a usb stick. I've attached some pics of the boot process and my bios. It happened after trying to "reset" from Windows 10. I have reset the bios on the board with the jumpers. Deleted all partitions on drive and tried it both as having a C:\ drive already registered and not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Currently booting from a Hiren's USB so have a few options. Never used it before but was useful for formatting the HDD etc.

I would think it was a hardware problem if it wasn't for it being fine before this. Must be drivers or bios settings?
