    Each time the key is pressed, the next character in sequence is printed


    Recently, a problem has emerged. Periodically, a different character is typed when any key is pressed on the keyboard. But the strange thing is that the characters are being typed in sequence. For example, if this bug starts occurring, it may begin with any character when any key is pressed and continue from there. If it begins with 3, it will continue until 9 or 0, and then it will sequentially go through all the characters. So, with each new key press, the next character appears. The problem is definitely not with the keyboard since it works fine; I've even tried replacing it, but the sam

    Key sequences autocorrecting to special characters

    I have already turned off all autocorrect options in the settings (As far as I know of.) However, certain keyboard shortcuts or character sequences insert special characters. e.g. Ctrl+Shift+M should insert a comment in Google Slides, instead it a types
    greek letter Mu (it won't allow me to type here) and "a (typed in sequence, not as a combination) will transform into ä. How can I turn this off? In the settings I turned off SwiftKey suggestions, and that worked for a day, but then it stopped working. I''ve
    tried turning it on and off repeatedly.

    Shift keys not behave as expected in windows 10 | HP elitebook

    My shift keys are not behaving as expected. Please find following concerns.

    • When press right shift key then prints q character.
    • When press left shift key then prints z character
    • When i need to print A it prints as qA
    I didn't change any settings or configurations.

    Can anyone suggest to solve this issue. I'm helpless right now.

    Any of these?



    • To insert digits or characters printed at the top of keys, press and hold the corresponding key, or press and hold the function key and press the corresponding key.
    • To enter only the characters printed at the top of keys, press the function key twice quickly.
