Windows 10: ear force recon 50X turtle beach headphones not in input devices.

Discus and support ear force recon 50X turtle beach headphones not in input devices. in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; Ive been looking all over to find out how to set them up but everything doesn't help.     Ive been looking all over to find out how to set them up but everything doesn't help. I have a pc splitter but my headphones isn't showing up in input devices. its not showing up in microphone devices either. can someone help me try and set them up so I can game on steam and talk to my friends without having to use facebook calling... its not showing in my input or output devices. im on windows 10.

    Turtle Beach Recon 50x Mic not working

    the recon 50x's manual has said that if you want to use it on pc you need an adapter. 1 4pole 3.5mm to 2x 3 pole 3.5mm (aka the pink and green plugs)

    i cant find any turtle beach branded ones anywhere on line but they sell these kind of things by other manufacturers. i tried one, it worked one time and now it wont work at all, i might have a defective headset

    Hello, I bought a Turtle Beach Recon 50X Headset (connecting to computer through 3.7 jack, mic connecting to headset with 3.7 jack) My microphone is not working. I have already trouble shooted everything I can. I am running a black HP Omni220 All-In-One
    PC on Windows 10. I am debating on weather or not to call a Microsoft Support rep. about this issue.

    Please Help?
