Windows 10: Earbuds not working properly

My oppo enco buds2 are not working properly. If I am using two different screens at the same time like after connecting to my laptop I am using YouTube as well as teams so it doesn't allow the sound of YouTube but only ms teams sound can be heard.If i play two different videos of YouTube then one video automatically stops. How can i fix it such that all videos connected from different platform can be heard.

Recomend a good pair of earbuds to complement my laptop's external Creative Sound card for gaming and music?

Cheap wireless earbuds OK?

Recent update- I went to device manager and checked Bluetooth. A bunch of stuff is listed - plus my earbuds and my mouse. I clicked on the driver info for the earbuds and it said no drivers are required for this device on one line then another one opened and it said drivers were Microsoft Bluetooth drivers - it was called DBK01Avrcp transport. Also said not migrated. I guess that's true for sure since it's not working. 1. OK - the Dell won't list itself. 2. The earbuds are listed. 3. Sorry - I did say add device and it did add the earbuds.
