  1. Earbuds work with video, but not video games

My old earbuds wore out, so I re-attached my Razer headphones. It did some kind of update. I bought new earbuds, but now I can't hear anything in my video games. I have sound for Netflix, and recorded videos, but not my video games. There was an annoying clicking sound, until I uninstalled all Razer software. The clicking sound is gone, but I still don't have sound for my video games.

    :)

  2. No Video Playback

    Hi,

There are several factors that may cause video clips not to play on Xbox App.
It is possible that your video card drivers are not updated. To properly isolate your concern, please clarify the following information:

    • Are you able to play videos using other applications on your PC?
    • Have you tried to check if offline videos are playing on your PC?
    • Have you tried updating your graphics card drivers?

In the meantime, you may perform the suggested steps under Troubleshooting video or display problems
    on this
    link
    to resolve the issue.

If you need further assistance, you may reply to this post anytime.

Can’t hear audio while recording games or videos

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

We will need some more information to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps. Please reply with the following details:

    • How are you recording the games or videos?
    • When you say, “I can't hear anything” you are unable to get the in-game audio or your voice?
    • What is the make and model of the computer?
    • Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
      Enter.

If you are using Game bar to record the games or videos, I suggest you to refer the steps mentioned below:

    1. Press Windows key + I to open
      Settings.
    2. Click on Gaming.
    3. Click on Capture on the left pane.
    4. Clear the check box for Record gaming audio only.
