Windows 10: Earphones connected but now showing 'connected music , voice'

Earlier , whenever I connected my bluetooth earphones with my laptop , it showed 'connected music , voice' but I dont know what happened after sometime , now it just shows 'connected'. I searched internet for every possible solution , reinstalled my Bluetooth drivers , downloaded some additional as well , checked for updates of my Bluetooth earphones as well , but nothing worked. I have been facing this issue since months. To verify if the problem is with Bluetooth , I tried to connect my Bluetooth headphones with my laptop and it showed 'connected music, voice' , but earphones is not showing

Bluetooth earphones only connected as music won't connect voice.





When I connect my Bluetooth earphones to my computer, it says connected music but doesn't say voice. As a result, I hear audio but the microphone on it does not work. I have tried removing and adding
the device multiple times and saw no change. Even updated the Bluetooth drivers but no luck.





there is no option of headphones in input devices..why?

My earphones are JBL endurance run BT. Thanks!

 

Bluetooth Headphones only connect to voice and music

Today my headphones started to only use voice and music, when yesterday [the day i got them] they did all noise. I have re paired the headphones to the computer, remove and re add them to the computer list, and remove the computer from the headphones bluetooth
list. Everytime I reconnect them they just say connected to voice and music.

 

Bluetooth earphones isn't recognized a voice, music device

Hi All,

Since I've installed Windows 11 on my Yoga X1 Gen6 device (Fresh install) I have issues with my Jabra Elite Active 75t earphones.

I can recognize, pare and connect to my device without any issues but in most cases, it's not recognized as a voice, music device and I cannot use it to hear or speak.

If I turn my Bluetooth off and on it sometimes work and then it recognizes it correctly, but that's super rare and in most cases I just cannot use them.

• I've verified I'm on the latest firmware of the device and latest BT windows drivers.
  
• I can connect my earphones successfully without any issues to my smartphone and a different Windows device, so it doesn't seem like something is broken with the device itself.
  
• I've verified the earphones aren't connected to any other device in parallel.
  
• I've removed the device, reset my earphones completely and re-paired them from scratch
  

still can't get them to work as expected on my Windows 11 :/

any ideas?
