The powe management button is disabled for this particular bluetooth device despite creating the csEnabled in the appropritae registry address. There are other options for which the power management appears like Marvell AVASTAR Bluetooth Radio Adapter and Bluetooth Low Energy GATT compliant HID device in the HIDs for which I have unchecked the 'Allow this computer to turn off the device'. No

• Have you tried other earphones on your Windows?

No, i just bought it yesterday.

• Have you tried the earphones on another PC or laptop?

no, but it works in my smartphone

• How is the earphones connecting to the machine? Is it via wired connection or through Bluetooth?

wired.

• When the earphones are connected, are you still getting audio from the speakers?

yes, nothing goes through the earphones though.

xpressmusic 5310 earphones(any) work for 30 seconds then disconnects

Sorry if this has already been addressed, I couldn't find it.



I bought this phone specifically for listening to music, however it has a fatal flaw for me.



I plug in the Nokia supplied earphones with or without the remote control, or standard earphones of any kind and the radio picks up stations and MP3's play beautifully.



For 30 seconds......



Then the earphones disconnect or the radio stops playing and tells me to connect the wired headset, though it has not been disconnected or even budged on the table.



I then stop the MP3 player or radio. Still not unplugging the earphones, and they miraculously reconnect again....



I have just tested it and this happens with phone calls as well.



I have updated the firmware to 10.01 and everything else works fine, just this disconnecting problem.



Any ideas?
