    Earphones only working on the left side Windows 10


    So I just bought some new earphones and plugged them into my laptop's jack but it was only working on the left side and I had just **** bought them! I tested the earphones out on other devices and they worked fine on both sides! I tried another pair of headphones on the laptop but they also only worked on one **** side! I made sure both left and right were on full volume! I cleaned the jack with a cotton swab, I updated the sound driver, I disabled audio enhancements, I uninstalled the sound driver and clicked on "scan for hardware changes" I restarted the computer after updating the driver, B

    To better assist you, please clarify the following:

    • What's the make and model of your earphone and Windows 10 device?
    • Did you make any changes prior to this issue?

    Earphones not working

    Recently received my Windows 7 / Samsung Focus phone. All setup and syncing music and even adding NetFlix with no problems. However, when I plug in the earphones...the sound continues to come from the phone speaker. The earphones
    do not have any sound output to them. I'm trying to figure out if this is a hardware issue or if there is something that I haven't found yet related to enabling the earphones.

    Any Suggestions?

    Hey guy! My headphones were working aesesome until one day i noticed only the right earphone was working the left earphone was not at all working. I tried it on my phone and it was working fine both earphones left and right so i tried another earphone
    on my laptop which also was working fine on a phone but the left one again didn't work i tried everything but it won't work please help me!!
