Windows 10: ease of access windows 10

This is frustrating - I thought if I was signed in - I would be able to see the answers to my question. However, they are still locked



I need to know how to be able to activate the ease of access options on a Windows 10. Right now my computer is black and white only

to the computer settings will be remembered so that next time you log in the computer will be easier to use.

Are there any other voices for Narrator in the Ease of Access in Windows 10?

I would suggest you to refer to the below steps to turn off narrator.

• 
  Type ease of access in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Click on Narrator and turn off

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
