    Easiest Best Documented Method to Reset Local Windows 10 password (no password disk)


    A remote staff member is locked out of her Windows 10 laptop, whereby she is a local user and there are no other user profiles on the PC (not using Microsoft-based online user/password).

    I've used: http://pogostick.net/\~pnh/ntpasswd/bootdisk.html previously, but it's been a while, and may not be the best method currently. I've advised the staff member to get a fresh USB key and am planning on walking her through it (I have a PC here that I can go through the steps with). If you have a good website documenting the steps and a good approach, please share.

    Need a stupid disk to reset user passwords on vista machines...
    Have one for xp, can't find one for vista...
