    Hello!My parents are going on a trip next week and will be taking their laptop. Usually when we go on vacation, I'm with them, and I take care of said laptop, including connecting it to wifi when needed. They are not tech savvy and definitely not used to Windows 11 yet. I know where the wifi settings are, but I'm wondering what the easiest way for them to access the settings so they can connect to wifi where they're staying yes I know the settings are in the taskbar; they do not. I'm not sure what kind of connection they'll encounter as they've never been to this resort. It's part of our tim

    Hello!

    My parents are going on a trip next week and will be taking their laptop. Usually when we go on vacation, I'm with them, and I take care of said laptop, including connecting it to wifi when needed. They are not tech savvy and definitely not used to Windows 11 yet. I know where the wifi settings are, but I'm wondering what the easiest way for them to access the settings so they can connect to wifi where they're staying (yes I know the settings are in the taskbar; they do not). I'm not sure what kind of connection they'll encounter as they've never been to this resort. It's part of our timeshare and all that's listed is "wifi internet access" (most of our resorts have that listed).

    Is there a way to pin the wifi settings to the desktop? Any help would be greatly appreciated asap. Thank you!

    Firefox -- is there an easy way to access Favourites


    Hi there

    On the Tor Browser ( a variant of firefox it's really easy to access BOOKMARKS (favourites)

    On Firefox it's another step to get the bookmarks or is there something in configuration that I can use -- the bookmarks icon doesn't appear in the standard Firefox release (Windows).

    Windows 7 virtual wifi authentication mode

    Hello.

    Just a quick question to whoever is using windows 7 virtual wifi capability - when you type in "netsh wlan show hostednetwork", cmd window displays a list of settings for your hosted virtual wifi.

    I was wondering, is there a way to change authentication method from WPA2-Personal to simple WEP ?
