Windows 10: EcHoLink

Discus and support EcHoLink in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I can not get Echolink to work on windows 10 , why , I have a NETGEAR Router, TCP Port works UDP PORTS 5198 and 5199, not working, can any one help me...     I can not get Echolink to work on windows 10 , why , I have a NETGEAR Router, TCP Port works UDP PORTS 5198 and 5199, not working, can any one help me fix the problem ,please.

    Echolink

    Have managed to set up ports on netcomm NB604N router. Portforward recognise ports however still unable to get a succeed message on echolink firewall/router tester. Have tried to make exceptions on firewall without success. Turn firewall off in computer
    and it works. Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong?

    Opening a Portal or FireWall exception

    I would like to use Echolink on this computer like I have on my former computers. They all had an easy to reach list of firewall exceptions. I don't find it here. Where is it? I need to let Echolink use 5200 .
