  2. Blue Screen of Death

    Deleted SSport.sys file.

Went to McAfee support to tell them of my problem, and Surface Pro 3 crashed with BSOD. BAD_POOL_CALLER.

Went back to McAfee and shared ZigZag's analysis of mini.dmp. which says McAfee is probable cause. McAfee noted that ONLY since I installed Windows 10 did the BSOD issue arise. This is true. McAfee suggested uninstalling McAfee LiveSafe, seeing if a BSOD
    occurs.

  3. BSOD Bad_Pool_Caller Win10 on Dell Inspiron

Repeated bsod when browsing with chrome/firefox/edge on new Dell Inspiron 15-7579 running Windows 10 pro

From searching on the web for info I have reset system, uninstalled McAfee and after further crashes run BlueScreenView

    BlueScreenView points to fwpkclnt.sys (fwpkclnt.sys/ndis.sys/NETIO.sys/ntoskrnl.exe)

What do I do with that info?

That is likely yes, but their is another known culprit with Nvidia that could also cause system freezes/bluescreens.
In the msconfig you can find a service called Nvidia Streaming Kernel Service or Nvidia Streamer Service, disabling this service could also solve the problem.
To disable this service, search msconfig and open it, go to the tab services, check 'hide Microsoft-services' and search Nvidia Streaming Kernel Service or Nvidia Streamer Service, uncheck it, click apply, click ok and reboot if asked.

When I created my first post in this thread I almost saw no specs, thats why I added it *Wink

nope i dont have that service only installed driver.. didnt install geforce xp..started to think a minimalistic way, less ways to break things if you install only necessary things..i'll just wait till they release new driver it happened only once so its not that big deal
