Windows 10: Edge keeps popping up with, "Discover what's possible" / Microsoft Advertising

So we're getting these popups that says, "Discover what's possible" with a tab named "Microsoft Advertising" randomly. Any way to get rid of them?Thanks.

  Click on (…) at the top right corner.
  
• 
  Click on settings.
  
• 
  Click on View Advanced Settings.

  There you will be able to manage Pop ups.
  
• 
  If you don’t want then you will be able to turn on/off.

Advertising Pop-up Removal to allow use of Microsoft Edge

Shortly after downloading Microsoft 10/Edge, I logged into Edge but an advertising pop-up appeared and I could not close it effectively preventing me from accessing Edge. I have restarted the computer numerous time, tried numerous malware programs to no
avail. Edge starts up normally but then the popup appears and that's it...I have to go to Task Manager and closeout the program.

Any suggestions?

Please follow the steps to block Pop-ups or Ads.

• Open “Microsoft Edge settings”.
• Select the option “View advance settings”.
• Turn on “Pop-up block”.
• And also turn on “help protect me from malicious sites and downloads from Smart filter”.
