Windows 10: Edge open 50 instances of itself on windows startup

    Edge open 50 instances of itself on windows startup


    when I boot on the my laptop and then goto startup section in task Manager it shows like 50 instances of edge yes i have counted and they were ±50 ranging from LOW startup impact to HIGH

    Edge Chromium opens more than 10 instances in Windows 10.

    That is not unusual for a browser, particularly if you have multiple tabs open. Each tab will be have its own process, plus a few more for the browser itself. Here's my Firefox with 6 tabs open...

    Calculator allows a maximum of 50 instances on Windows 10

    Hello,

    I found a major bug in the Windows Calculator in Windows 10, maybe it affects all windows platforms. I can open a maximum of 50 instances, then when I open the 51th, it just closes all instances (no crash, just exiting). Showstopper!

    In example, notepad allows way more instances.
