Windows 10: Edge Opening to Specific Page on Login for All Users

I've seen similar posts, but nothing specific to this issue I'm having. I have a computer that opens to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/error-opening-help-in-windows-based-programs-feature-not-included-or-help-not-supported-3c841463-d67c-6062-0ee7-1a149da3973b when any user logs in. This is on a domain with local and domain accounts only. There are no Microsoft Accounts being used or synced. I have tried disabling Edge from Startup via Local Group Policy, Task Manager, and Startup Apps and it is still happening. I even tried a reset of Edge. If anyone has any information on this

Method 1:

I would suggest you to Reset the Edge browser
and check if it helps.

Navigate to the location:

• C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe
• Delete everything in this folder.
• Type Windows Powershell in search box.
• Right click on Windows Powershell and select
  Run as administrator.
• Copy and paste the following command.
• Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml" –Verbose}

Reset Edge Browser disclaimer:

Disclaimer: The Reset Edge Browser Settings feature might reset security settings or privacy settings that you added to the list of Trusted Sites. The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might also reset parental control

Method 2:

I suggest you to follow the below steps to set the Homepage on EDGE browser:

1. Click on the More actions (…) icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the EDGE browser.

2. Click on Settings from the drop down menu.

3. Select A specific page or pages under open with.

4. Click on the option down to the A specific page or pages and select
Custom from the drop down menu.

5. You can Enter a web address (which you want to set as home page) in the text box by clicking
on + button.

6. Close the EDGE browser and open it again for the changes to take effect.

Failed to login into dlink dnr-202l using microsoft edge

Thank you for your reply. I did what you suggested; but the same issue showed where failed to login with user ID and password; however, the same user ID and password work when using Internet Explorer.

First steps:

• Launch Microsoft Edge
• Click more options (...)
• Select "Settings"
• Click button "Choose what to clear" under "Clear browsing data"
• "Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data, Cached data and files" are selected.
• Click "Clear" button
• Open new tab by clicking "+" sign
• Enter IP address to open device (DNR-202L) login screen
• In the login dialog screen, enter the user ID and password and click "OK" button
• Dialog login screen shows again. Do this step 3 times and get message

Access Error: 401 -- Unauthorized

Access Denied, Authorization enabled.

Second steps:

• Launch Microsoft Edge in private mode
• Enter IP address to open device (DNR-202L) login screen
• In the login dialog screen, enter the user ID and password and click "OK" button
• Dialog login screen shows again. Do this step 3 times and get message

Access Error: 401 -- Unauthorized

Access Denied, Authorization enabled.
