Windows 10: edge pull down menus will not lock down

When I attempt to use pull down menus, the menu flickers but does not pull down. I can access selections by using arrow keys. This question is marked solved, but after following all instructions, it still does not work. Even downloaded a later version of Edge.


This is also an issue in the Properties/Fonts of the Command Prompt. I suspect it is a Windows 10 issue and not a Microsoft Edge issue. It presents itself differently in that the font size is not a pull down, but rather a fixed window. you cannot scroll through the sized because it constantly rolls back to the top faster than you can select a size.


There is no error message on screen or in the logs. Nothing is failing, per se, just not working correctly.


I ran the scan process and some corrupted files were repaired. Ran again and no corrupt files were found. Rebooted and still not fixed.

No One Drive support category listed in the pull down menu - questions locked

No One Drive category listed in the Community Support pull down menu.

Why are all the questions and categories on the One Drive Community Support page locked?

 

Pull-down or Drop-down Menu?

I decided to uninstall Firefox after the entries in the Favorites doubled.
(Example: the Yahoo Mail sign-in page appears twice in the list. Deleting
one also deletes the other.)

I have been looking for browsers with pull-down or drop-down menus but
could only find Chrome-styled browsers (without pull-down or drop-down menus).

Would anyone suggest an old style browser?
