    Editing aerolite theme made my win 10 pc weird.


    I was editing a system file, as usually, but when I tried to apply it afterwards, but it wouldn't apply. The file was set on open with...: resourcehacker, not on CPL Personalisation I suspect that may be the problem. I Applied the theme 5-6 times off and on, but I only saw a millisecond of it. I opened it with resourcehacker , but edited it with CustomizerGod.I rebooted the PC, when I logged in, the screen resolution was too high I usually set it on 1280x720 Because the text gets small and its more comfortable for my eyes, and some programs 2 programs has problems with textures.     Hi Shawn, Thanks for the aerolite theme- with the experimental version of Aeroglass it helps to make Win 10's appearance more sane- with clear borders too.

    I'm still using Filebox Extender, and note the icons it adds on the title bar appear cramped and shrunk, and the pin 'on top' icon is reduced to an outline with this theme installed. I'd used a theme with Aeroglass and Filebox Extender in Win 8.1 Pro without that happening- I wondered why that might be? I didn't notice this happening with the 'Colored' theme.

    Thank you for providing the information.

    • Did you try the steps suggested by Suvarna Govinda above, what was the result?
    As I understand the issue, Themes in Windows doesn't have the options to change on its own. Only the Wallpapers in the themes can change as selected ( Picture, Solid color and Slide Show ).

    I would suggest you to make us understand that if the Wallpapers are changing in Theme which you have selected.

    Below are the steps you can check if it helps.

    • Press Windows + I keys and select Personalization.
    • Select Theme and select the Default theme.
    • Select the Desktop Background below and select the Picture
      and save it and check.
