    hey guys, i'm using a 4k screen with 200% dpi scaling.
    i really like Arc theme but the buttons aren't scaled right, and are nearly invisible -

    i wonder if theres a quick way to edit the msstyles file to scale up the images? i saw a windows style editor for Win7, what about windows 10?

    Those steps involve copying off the MSStyles you have to a fixed location. 10532 updates MSStyles. System looks for 'dark context menu' in the loaded MSStyles -- but those steps had you copy off an old fixed copy and now we're broken and can't load that.
    Whatever the code does when it can't load the theme is what's going to happen. If it gets bad enough, you won't be able to use your system outside of safe mode. In this instance it just appears to badly mangle drawing those menus. I haven't tracked anything
    worse than that yet, but --- people are playing with dynamite here.

    edit: In fairness, 10525 updated them too. They update fairly often. Using your own fixed version of MSStyles is a path to failure.

    Scaling Breaks after Restart

    I just purchased an i5, 256GB Surface Pro 4. I have a critical issue where the scaling breaks after re-logging in. Basically, if I start at 100% and then change to 200%, everything works great (even though there is a warning stating that some things shouldn't
    be working). However, if I restart with the setting at 200%, the scaling breaks and all applications are incredibly small. Even, worse the text gets scaled but the rest of the UI does not. The result is that the text overflows the buttons.

    It would probably be best to consult the author of that theme. "horst3180" I believe.
