Windows 10: Editing WindowsApps Contents?

So, I recently downloaded World of Tanks Blitz, and I've been looking forward to modding it, however, the files, contained in the WindowsApps folder present a 'access denied' warning whenever I try to edit them (even when trying as an admin).

I have heard of a method using HardDisk Partitioning, but I'm not the most technologically advanced guy, and don't trust myself with that just yet.

Is there any way in which I can edit the contents of all windows apps, or just the Blitz folder via changing permissions and what not? I've seen a lot of people complain about it on other forums!

Folder WindowsApps not allow All User (admin).

Not Allow and Block all User copy or move or edit from Folder WindowsApps will see access denied but you can delete any file from WindowsApps .

You need Edit any one from Folder WindowsApps? You need one CD Hiren boot to miniXP and edit.a

 

Can't install Windows Store apps to SD card

The cache reset did not work. The storage was set to sd card. It appears that 3 folders are created on the SD card for the store, WindowsApps, WpSystem, and WUDownloadCache. What should the permissions be for these folders? I have access denied for WindowsApps.

Edit: Just for the record, I deleted the WpSystem and WUDownloadCache folders on the SD card and it allowed installation of Store app to the SD card. WindowsApps could not be deleted due to access denied.
