Windows 10: Efficiency mode in broswers

Hey everyone.-Windows keeping turning on efficiency mode on my browsers when i use another application or a game, this happens to all browsers chrome , edge , firefox , opera . thus causing videos to lag badly.-I tried to disable them manually but once i use an application they turn on automatically .- I'm using a pc with no power saving feature whatsoever .- My pc specs are Intel i7-12700k , 32GB DDR4 RAM, RTX 3060TI , using the latest version of WIN 11 pro , but had this problem for a while.- any solutions on this problem ? because frankly this issue is very annoying and it's making me c

Thanks for the response.

I tried what you suggested and disabled both settings, relaunched, and turned off efficiency mode for each sub-process it was active for.

Within 2 minutes, efficiency mode was re-activated, so your solution didn't seem to work.

I am on a desktop so I don't think the battery one would have any effect.

How do I permanently disable this feature for Firefox? The option to do so is greyed out in the task manager. For other programs, efficiency mode can be enabled and disabled, but not for Firefox, which is also the only program to be in efficiency mode. I do not want my browser to run unnecessarily poorly.
