Windows 10: Efficiency Mode slowing computer down

Hi,Is it possible to turn off the Efficiency Mode permanently, as it's hampering the operation of my machine please?I had a couple of YouTube tabs open in Firefox, and when I came back to them to carry on watching, they were stuttering, only for me to find out Windows had put FF into Effciency Mode. Turning it off in Task Manager solved the issue; So I would like it turned off permanently please.

turn off efficiency mode on all browsers.

Efficiency mode is making every browser run slow. I cant do multiple things while using any browser without it running slow. Cant turn it off with task manager or in any of the browser settings. Why can i not turn off efficiency mode on MY COMPUTER?

Thanks for the response.

I tried what you suggested and disabled both settings, relaunched, and turned off efficiency mode for each sub-process it was active for.

Within 2 minutes, efficiency mode was re-activated, so your solution didn't seem to work.

I am on a desktop so I don't think the battery one would have any effect.
