YouTube videos not playing on Nokia Lumia

I have a Nokia Lumia 635 with Windows 8.1, and recently I'm getting a "this video is not playable" message on some videos on YouTube, mostly studio tracks. They play on my pc though. Is it YouTube or is it my phone? Is there anything I can do about it?
The videos are in my likes list but I cant watch them on my phone. Unplayable videos used to not come up in search results either and now they do as of the last few days. : ( Suggestions?

 

Play locally cached youtube video

I have recently watched a Youtube video and have found out that Chrome stores temporary files in C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cache. However, all files there are without a valid format. Is it possible to retrieve a cached video and play it offline? If so, what is the format in which Chrome caches Youtube videos?

 

How to share controls while watching YouTube videos on Skype

Using two Windows machines is it possible somehow to share the control of a YouTube video while it's playing? If I'd like to share video I could just send the link, however sender and receiver wouldn't control together the video.

What I'd like to do is basically to be able to send a YouTube link via Skype, and also I'd like to be able, for instance, if I do a rewind a rewind should be done on the other machine as well, or a stop, etc.

Is there anything you could suggest to achieve such a thing?
