Windows 10: efi microsoft boot bcd 0xc00000f error

Hello,

Looks like I messed up very bad.


While playing a game my computer got crashed and then I checked some youtube tutorials to fix the same and end up on "efi microsoft boot bcd 0xc00000f" error. Then I didn't get any solution so I decided to format my computer, so I install Windows 10 USB drive and followed the steps and format both the hard drive and install the windows on Disk 0. After 75-80% of the installation I got the same error again "efi microsoft boot bcd 0xc00000f" and now I don't know what needs to do.


I'm not even able to install new windows.


Can someone please help/guide me on how to fix this.

Could you provide us additional information to assist you better with this issue:

• What is the make and model of your device?
• Have you made any changes to the operating system prior to this issue?
• Are you able to boot the device to desktop with this error message?

This issue might have occurred due to corruption in the boot files or BOIS unable to detect your drive to boot.

I suggest you to refer to the below thread, check if your issue matches with the same.

If so, try the troubleshooting steps suggested by -.[Final]#[Boss].- and check if
it helps.

We would suggest trying again to install Windows Device Recovery Tool as error code 0x80091007 or \EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD means that installation of Windows Device Recovery Tool failed to install.
