Windows 10: EFI PART - Please remove this media and press any key to reboot

I tried Windows 10 Pro x64, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 using Rufus and I always get this error/message.

My PC has been infected by ransomware and I can't get it to at least boot the USB drive.

When I try booting into my SATA HDD, I get a Blue Screen with PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED.

Please help, I'm just trying to get my PC to work.

Hello!

I have recently created a bootable USB Flash Drive by burning the Disc Image File (*.iso) for Windows 8.1 64-Bit downloaded from the Microsoft website, however, when I attempted to boot from the Drive I was given the following screen:

EFI Part - Please remove this media and press any key to reboot.
