Windows 10: EFI Shell is stuck

Discus and support EFI Shell is stuck in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I bought a brand new Acer Aspire 7, but when I turned it on it's stuck on EFI shell version 2.70, I tried the exit command but the only option is...     EFI Shell is stuck


    I bought a brand new Acer Aspire 7, but when I turned it on it's stuck on EFI shell version 2.70, I tried the exit command but the only option is UEFI_SHELL, it also says that blk1 and blk2 are "null"Should I return it? Or is there any way to fix it?

    Stuck in Efi shell

    Laptop stuck in efi shell.

    Efi shell version 2.50 5.12.

    there are no fs direcories only blk0 to blk3.

    In bios I'm unable to boot using bootfile options. I suspect I need to find the proper directories within the blk. And find startup.nsh from there. Somebody please bless me with your genius

    Efi shell problem

    An EFI shell utility is something a normal user should never need. Have you actually used it to perform some operation?

    I think I would look around the Bios to see if something is stuck there.
