In some cases the hacks work fine, but in others, the machine will always come up with a need for a fix that resembles something between Linux and Windows you get a screen that says fs0: something or other and have to type in Shell:> fs0: #wait for a promptfs0:> /efi/boot/bootx_64.efiExamining the volumes listed for the vdi drive, there is an NTFS Partition for Boot, another for Hidden NTFS, and finally a FAT32 System partition.According to one site, assigning the EFI Volume aka the FAT32 System vo

    VirtualBox Windows 11

Note that with Hyper-V, TPM emulation is not automatically shown. To get that option when you create the VM:

    For Select Generation select
    (*) Generation 2

After you finish building the VM and before you start it you need to do one more thing
    • Open Settings for your new virtual machine
    • Under Hardware select Security and then select
    [X] Enable Trusted Platform Module

Been there and done that. Followed through enabling the 3D acceleration and as told i hit the "Install Guest Addition" to install the drivers in the guest operating system, after that i was told to reboot the VirtualBox and came to the blue windows XP shutdown screen... It was on that screen for more then 30mins and so i force a shutdown on the original Win7 OS to et rid of the VirtualBox OS shutdown screen. Rebooted and tested VirtualBox with the game and got the same error message as shown in my first post.

EDIT: Gone through all the steps till i came to rebooting the VirtualBox OS. After the system coming up normally, i checked if the 3D acceleration is enabled by running dxdiag. Here is what i get...

    Dual OS with one EFI

Use MiniTool Partition Wizard to delete the 16MB MSR partition in front of D: drive in your screenshot (Disk 1). Use the resize partition option to move the front of the D: drive partition over so you get about 500 mb of free, unallocated space at the beginning of disk 1. Then pick up at step 2 here:

Before starting at step 2 above the user entered diskpart and selected disk 0. (In diskpart, drives start at 0, not at 1. You can use the list disk command in diskpart to see the drives.)
