Windows 10: efootball pes 2020 and 2021 is stuttering in windows 11

hello microsoft, i have a problem with windows 11, my game pes 2020 and 2021 is stuttering on some moment in game, i don't know why this happen but after i installed august or september update for windows 11 this happened, and now i installed the 21H2 and the problem is still exist. i already try to downgrade the nvidia driver version, disable DVR. and uninstalling the game but the problem is same. this bug only on pes 2020 and 2021 version. maybe microsoft can fix this problem because i didn't wan to uninstall my laptop to windows 10.my laptop specs :i7 9750HGTX 1650 GDDR5 4GBfor detail the p

Install Driver on Windows PE Environment

Hi,

We are trying to install kernel-mode driver to Windows PE, but not able to do so.

We checked using DevManView tool to check driver in windows PE. But we didn't see the Device object created.

We suspect that the Driver Service didn't start.

Given below are the details of the issue:

Driver Details: SCSIAdapter class filter driver. (SdFilter)

Steps followed:

• Used DISM to edit the Windows PE image offline. (Inset image below)

• Manually added the Driver details to the registry. The registry change is visible after reboot
  (inset image below)

• Manually added Service (ServicesActive database) to offline image. The registry change is visible after reboot (inset image below)

But we checked using DevManView tool to check driver in windows PE. But we didn't see the Device object created.

We suspect that the Driver Service didn't start.

Can someone please guide how can we add the driver to the Windows PE environment.

PS: The given filter driver is test signed. So, we suspect that later we will face test signed issue but that will be our second step to debug. Right now, not able to get through the first step.

To uninstall Windows 11 update and go back to Windows 10, see the steps below:

1. Uninstall Windows 11 from Settings>System>Recovery>Go back to the previous version of Windows.
   
2. Boot to the Windows Recovery enviornment, and select Uninstall latest feature update.

Hi, Microsoft Team... Windows 11 is awesome! But Windows 11 was released in October 2021. Previously, people wanted windows 11 to be released between 2016 and 2020. My youngest brother downloaded and installed windows 11 last October 2021.
