Windows 10: Egistec touch fingerprint driver keeps failing

Discus and support Egistec touch fingerprint driver keeps failing in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; So I have this recurring issue with my fingerprint sensor on my Acer.     Egistec touch fingerprint driver keeps failing


    So I have this recurring issue with my fingerprint sensor on my Acer. It seems that every couple of days or so the driver fails and I am not sure why. When this happens, I am unable to use my fingerprint to sign in and I have to go into my drivers and deactivate the Egistec touch driver and then re-enable it. Restarting my computer is a hit or a miss in solving the issue. I guess it is not a huge issue as I can just go in and temporarily fix the problem, but I am wondering if there is a more permanent fix that I can try as it gets kind of annoying to need to do this multiple times a week some
