    Hello,Unsure if this issue is related to LSA bug in Windows 10/11 or not.This is a new system purchased about one month ago.MicroCenter PowerSpec B734 mini-tower ASRock board A520-HDV AMD Ryzen 7 5700G AMD Graphics. 32GB RAM Issue arises because Windows Security will either show under Device Security>Security Processor as present or absent, depending on when this window is opened. See Attached images.First time posting in several years, dialog box stated image failed to upload; so if there are several images of same, this is due to repeated attempts to upload.Yes I've already checked this

    The Ryzen 5 2500U processor seems to meet Windows 11 requirements but isn't on the list of supported processors, why is this processor excluded?

    The Ryzen 5 2500U processor seems to meet Windows 11 requirements but isn't on the list of supported processors, will the list of be updated to include the Ryzen5 2500U, if not, what is the reason for exclusion?

    Windows 11 Processor requirements

    I ran the PC Health Check and it came back that my processor doesn't meet the requirements. I have the following processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7500 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz. According to Microsoft's Processor Requirements list for Intel, this processor meets the requirements.

    I sent a message to Microsoft a couple of weeks ago and have never heard anything back from them. Is there anyone in the community that can tell me why this processor isn't matching Windows 11 requirements even though it's on their list of approved processors?

    PC Health Check shows the processor is not compatible. It IS on the list of compatible processors though.

    Hi,

    The list that is opened after you check the requirements is the list of Windows 10 21H1 update supported processors. Your processor is not on the list.

    Some information:

    1. Windows 10 is supported until 2025.
    2. As long as security requirements are met except the processor, you can install Windows 11, offline if you understand the risks including no updates. See:
