Eject a USB device remotely with standard non-admin account

I have a desk and a table around a corner with my Windows 10 and Windows 7 computers on them. The two towers are practically right next to each other, but they keyboards, mice, and monitors are farther apart.
I needed to make three identical USB sticks with almost 30gb of data, so I stuck two of them into my Windows 10 computer's USB 3 ports, started the copy process, and then swiveled my chair over to the Windows 7 computer to do something else. I have two monitors on that, and used the second monitor to RDP into the Win10 computer.
When the copy process finished, I tried to eject using the remote connection since I could easily reach the tower but not the other keyboard, but it asked me for an admin password via UAC. I've never needed the password to eject USB sticks before.

I'm using Windows 10 pro, how do I give my standard user account the ability to eject remotely? It's not uncommon for me to start sometime time consuming or a major download on the Windows computer and do something else on an older computer, sometimes even from my Windows98SE/XP dual boot computer if I feel like playing some old games that don't work on Windows 10 or even 7 and remote in to check the progress since I'm too lazy to scoot over and wake up the screen on the new computer.

    :)

    USB device eject annoying message

Classic USB device, like a classic keychain flash drive, remove from my Windows 2000 SP4 open always this window:

Eject a USB device remotely with standard non-admin account USB_device_remove.png

Even I use the sync.exe utility ( http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/fileanddisk/sync.mspx ) with parameters "sync.exe -r -e" with flush and eject the drive. Then I think it is safe to eject the USB device, since I already forced all the data to be written on the device before removing it.

    Yet still the message appear.

Any ideas how to disable it?

RDP to non-admin account not working

I can RDP to an account that is an admin account but not to a non-admin account.
I have read to check the users and make sure the appropriate accounts have been added to the user list but the option to view or edit the user list is missing from my settings window:

    [Advanced Button:]

is there something I can check/change in the reg editor or in group policies or something to make this appear or perhaps just to enable it directly for that account?
For reference this appears the same if I'm logged in as admin or as non-admin. (have to give admin privileges anyway to see this window in the first place)
Thanks to anyone who can help

How to merge an Admin and a standard account?

    Hi,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

We regret the inconvenience caused to you. Let me assist you.

I understand you are not able to access certain admin options on the standard account. As the standard account is your main account currently on which you have installed all your updates, I suggest you to change it to an Admin account. To change it
to the admin account, login to the Admin account and change the account type of the standard account. Refer the steps below.

    1. Click on Start and go to
    Settings.

    2. Tap or click Accounts, and then click
    Family and other accounts.

    3. Under Other users, tap the standard account, and then click
    Edit.

    4. Click the Account type box, choose Administrator, and then tap or click
    OK.

Hope this information is helpful. Please do let us know if you need further assistance, we’ll be glad to assist you.
