Windows 10: Elan clickpad drivers update for windows 10? Hp pavilion 15-cx0056wm

So I cant find an update that is compatible with the current version of windows. The diver has been broken since the updates Release back in April of 2019. I can’t even update to the HP provided driver that came out in May 2019, because windows says it is not compatible with the current version. (If your wondering what is broken, the swipe gestures stop working correctly if you change any of the Elan settings) I’ve had to re install the drivers again after forgetting not to fool around with them.

Cannot disable ELAN clickpad on Windows 10

I've followed most of the advice on many websites, including this one, and there seems to be no way to disable the Elan Clickpad device on my recent HP laptop running Windows 10 Home, including using the Registry. Can anyone help me further?

Details:

Today the builtin touchpad started functioning again and I can't remember how I disabled it when I first bought this laptop. I use a USB external mouse that works much better. When this touchpad is enabled, I accidentally touch it while typing and chaos
ensues.

From ELAN to Windows Precision drivers

I read some tips online that alloud me to switch from the elan drivers that i have on my Windows 10 notebook to the more accurate Windows precision one. Can you tell me if is it really possible? because i fell so bad with my touchpad (HP Pavilion 15-cb028nl).

ELAN Clickpad is not working

I updated my HP Pavilion Laptop 115-cc1xx with the HP updates and now my ELAN click-pad is super sensitive. I have trouble with scrolling, zooming in, and even trying to click on items on my desktop screen. For example I try to scroll the mouse to click
on the windows logo and it zooms in but my settings require two fingers for zoom. It is like the touch-pad is erratic. I went to the HP support troubleshooting site on the laptop and I have not been able to resolve this issue.

HELP!
