Windows 10: ELAN Drivers not installing after Windows 10 reinstall.

I have an HP Stream 14 ax010wm, I reinstalled Windows 10 not long ago and have been having issues with my touchpad since. I'm on the most recent version of Windows 10.It's basically treated as a normal mouse, finicky touch detection, left and right click with no tap to click support, no middle click and no two-finger scrolling.I went to the HP website and tried to manually install the touchpad drivers but was given an error that they're for the wrong version of Windows yes, I made sure to try the v1903 one. I tried their Support Assist but no drivers are showing up. I tried seeing if it woul

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

 

Reinstalling Windows 10 to sell a PC - is the 'Remove everything' option enough?

Restore factory settings do list Removes your personal files, apps and settings, and reinstalls the version of Windows that came on this PC.

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true
