Windows 10: Element not found error in windows API

After applying the 2024-05 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems KB5037853 33dff7cc-8068-4e7d-9a35-1ad2dda3509c, I'm encountering an issue where the Windows API returns an "Element not found" error. Specifically, when using Microsoft.Update.Session to scan for patches, it correctly returns a count of 25 patches. However, attempting to fetch the Identity property for these patches results in the "Element not found" error. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions for resolving it?

Refer to the below steps and check if it helps.

I would suggest to uninstall and reinstall the Photo Shop Elements application in program compatibility mode on the Computer.

Step 1: suggest you to uninstall the Photo Shop Elements application.

1. Type "Control Panel" without the quotes in search box and click on it.

2. Click on Programs.

3. Click on Programs and Features.

4. Right click on Photo Shop Elements from the list and click on Uninstall.

Step 2: Try to run the Program Compatibility troubleshooter and try to install the
Photo Shop Elements application. Check if it helps.

1. Type “Troubleshooting” without the quotes on search box next to
Start Menu and click on Troubleshooting.

2. Click on View All the left panel of the screen and then click on
Program Compatibility Troubleshooter.

3. Then click on Next and follow the instructions.

Trying to fix corrupted “C” drive yet the recovery command prompt stars at “x:\Sources>”

How to select the correct disk and make the Windows active and run the commands again?

If the commands are run from “x:\Sources>” or "x:\Windows\System32" it gives the same error.
