Windows 10: Eleminate Quick Access forever. Not disable, but get rid of it completely!

I do not want to merely disable Quick Access just from File Explorer this is EASY, I want tocompletely eliminate any chance of "Quick Access" reappering in any place in Windows 10, I do not want any shortcut of this feature anywhere !!! I'vw searched all of the posts related to this issue and as usual with Microsoft. nothing worked. I get all the way through the process only to receive an error message "Cannot Edit Attributes. Error writing the value's new contents."

"Quick Access" slows down, and occasionally completely stops, use of Windows File Explorer. It is the most irritating part of Microsoft's operating system and as I said, there is nothing I have found to eliminate the problem anywhere. Irritating does not even begin to describe my user experience.

Disable "Quick Access"

You may try the steps listed for
v1607 here, and reverse the earlier method you used to disable Qa.

• Re-enable Quick Access.
• Restart your computer, and see if it helps.

Remove items from Quick access.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps.

• Right click on the file or folder.
• Select the option “unpin from the quick access”

To pin items to an item already on the quick access bar.

Follow the below steps.

I would suggest you to create folder in the desktop screen & place all the files or folder which need to pin to the quick access.

• Open the quick access.
• Select the Desktop option.
• Right click on the folder & select the option “pin to quick access”
