Windows 10: ELEVATED MODE... Pressing issue...

Dear Community,I was recently disabled on a temporary basis but I will be able to use voice to text, either Dragon which is already set up, or the same in Win 10.PROBLEM: every time I try to start Dragon, I receive the message "Dragon Naturally Speaking should not be run in Elevated Mode." and I am unable to go further. In spite of spending over one half of a day, trying to follow internet instructions on how to exit "Elevated Mode," I am unable to do so. MS Voice to Text does not respond, logically, to my voice; it simply responds with a question or "repeat that."I am far behind on a critic

While trying to correct error 0x80070057 it is suggested trying chkdsk /r which requires the elevated mode to run. How do I get into this mode?

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

I suggest you to restart the device and check if the issue persist. Before that, please make sure that you have turned off Tablet Mode from the Settings. To do so, follow these steps.

• Press Windows Key and click on Settings.
• Select System and click on Tablet Mode.
• Turn Off Make Windows more touch-friendly when using your device as a tablet.
• Now, the device should exit Tablet mode. If it's still in Tablet mode, then try rebooting the device and check.

If the issue persist, I suggest you to run a SFC scan.

System File checker (SFC) scan is done to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue. Kindly follow the below given steps:

• Press Windows key + X, select
  Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.
• In Command prompt type sfc/scannow and press enter.
• Restart the device.
