    Elevation and snap options

    Hi,
I'm using 3d builder since fews weeks.. it's a great product ! really easy to use..

    I have 2 questions:

is there a way/option to mesure the elevation of an object from the lowest point of the object not from the center ?
I'm trying to make multiple square at the same elevation. but all the square have different dimension.

my second question is about the snap option.
When we move an object near another one, the object is snapping to the second object.. So, these objects is perfectly sticked together. But when we scale the width/height/depth of an object, can we enable the option to snap to others objects ? (like when we move it)
sometime I need to modify complexe objects by scaling parts of it. would be very useful !

    thanks

    :)

    Snap Assist

    Hi Cory,

The Snap Assist allows you to juggle apps, arrange open windows, resize windows by simply dragging and dropping them to the edges of the screen. If you don't want to get a quarter screen snap, you can change the settings of Snap Assist by follow the steps below:

    • Open the Settings app
    • Click System.
    • Click Multitasking.
    • You can turn off some of the option of Snap Assist on this window.

If you want to disable Snap Assist, you can turn off Arrange windows automatically by dragging them to the sides or corners of the screen.

Should you have further queries, feel free to post it.

After win10 anniversary install, ms edge always opens full screen.

We suggest turning off the Snap options in System settings. Follow these steps:

    • Click Start or Windows key on your board, and then click
      Settings.
    • Choose System, and then choose Multitasking.
    • Turn all the options off under Snap.

Let us know if the issue is resolved.

  4. Elevation and snap options

Snap Assist no longer working (W10)

Isn't this overkill for a simple setting change?

I got this from a site (credited just after the paste.)

    Start menu to settings.

    Under system select: Multitasking.

    Select snap options

    Under snap

    Arrange windows: on

When I snap more than one : on

When I snap a windows, show what I can snap next to it: On

Sorry for the short answer, My eyesight makes that necessary.
