Windows 10: Eliminate both logo screen and Welcome screen at first boot?

When I start my computer, I get the usual fast-flash things that happen during BIOS startup, and then I get (1) the screen with just the Windows 10 logo and a spinner on it, and that is followed by (2) a screen that shows my User Name and the word Welcome, and then I see my desktop. I don't have to hit any keys. I searched the tutorials for a way to eliminate the (1) and (2) screens, but couldn't find what I was looking for. Of course, it's entirely possible that my answer is there and I missed it. If so, please direct me to the appropriate page. I know the startup loading has to take place, but I don't think the (1) and (2) screens are necessary during that loading. This is an entirely unimportant issue in the grander scheme of Windows 10 things. I'm just curious about whether this elimination of (1) and (2) can be done. Dan

Click these keys whenever you see a black screen:
Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B > report what you see and hear

See if you can boot to the BIOS using the information in this link:

List the installed antivirus software.

still can see HP boot logo

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.
