Windows 10: Elite Series 2 Not Configurable in Windows 10

Hello all!This seems to be a common problem but was wondering if anyone had found a documented workaround that actually solved the problem.I recently picked up an Elite 2, controller mechanically is fine, but it will not show in the Windows 10 Accessories App. Followed a different guide and updated the firmware on my Xbox One and that did not solve my issues. Have been trying to bind the paddles to a separate input not a face button but that does not seem to work anywhere or in Steam.Any help is appreciated!

Hello, My Xbox elite controller series 2 right thumbstick just stops working + when playing Destiny 2 in menu it changes from controller to mouse back a fourth.

I can't download the drivers for my elite series 2 controller. My windows is up to date, I've tried searching online through the device manager and tried the let me pick from drivers installed option.
