    Email address problem


    I am being constantly prompted to sign in to my previous email address. I have gone to the Microsoft support page on adding an alias. I am unable to add my new email address (which I've been using for some time) because typing in as new or existing won't accept - keeps saying it is an existing address. Of course it is existing because I created it! Can anyone advise what I can do here to get my new address as primary and previous email address as default or secondary alias (or whatever)?     It is more than likely that your email account was hacked, either by a virus sniffing your password, or just simply hacked.

    Either way, change your password on your email account. Unfortunately the damage by already be done. They already have your contact list and your email address associated with that contact list. There is nothing stopping them from sending out emails using their own SMTP servers to everyone on your contact list and claiming the emails are from your email address. They don't actually have to have access to your yahoo account or even any yahoo server to send emails to people that come from your address.

    Mail App: Removing drop down email address suggestions


    I'm not a big fan of the MS Mail program and don't really use it for serious stuff but somehow or other if I create a new email then as I start to enter the recipients address a whole load of suggestions will appear. I don't have any contacts in the People app so I'm not sure where these come from.

    The question is how can I clear this list so that I no longer get the suggestions?
