    Email and new Windows Laptop and Older IPAD


    Hi,


    Not a computer whiz here by any means. I used to be able to access my @att.net email account on my Ipad. I just bought this new Windows laptop, and during setup it asked my email and told me I had to use a new password as the one I tried to enter was an old one. I entered a new password and I am able to access my email on my new laptop but since setting the laptop up a couple of days ago I do not receive my email on my Ipad. Can you please help me get this straightened out?

    New laptop and older external hard drive

    The laptop doesn't easily "see" the drive.. when I am in Devices and Printers... the icon for the ext HD will appear for just a few seconds.. if I rightclick on it quickly, it'll show the popup for hardware but doesn't have the info for it... does correctly
    refer to it as "USB 2.0 CD + HDD".

    I tried your list of steps, but , the HD does NOT ever show in the Disk Management list.

    I do have an older Dell that I need to see if it will recognize the HD. I'll try that next.

    1. Are you trying connect IPad for the first time?
    2. Do you get any error message while you try to connect?
